SAUCE WITH FRESH SAUSAGE
It is a sauce made with fresh sausage (or salsiccione).
Ingredients to obtain a sauce suitable for dressing half a kilo of pasta
- 200 gr of sausage
- half a kg of peeled tomatoes
- two tablespoons of oil
- 1/4 onion
- a pinch of parsley
- two tablespoons of tomato sauce
- Salt to taste.

Cut the sausage into small pieces.
